Monday Evening 2 classes
6.30-8.00pm (family mixed) and 8.00-9.30pm (Advanced Senior)

Wednesdays one class from 6.30pm till 8.00pm (family mixed)

Friday  occasional Mat/Grappling/self defence/keep fit/ Advanced/Demo team training as required

Saturday Kids Club 10.30 - 12.00  (games based session)
